前两天看到雅高40%优惠一阵激动,订了这家今年4月才在普吉开业的诺富特,觉得价格很优惠就立刻下单订了。
这个酒店是有50%的优惠,有强制要求,不允许取消,当时就提供了信用卡号授权。
可是今天突然收到酒店的邮件,原文如下:
Dear Ms. Wang,
Greetings from Novotel Phuket Vintage Park,
Thank you for choosing Novotel Phuket Vintage Park. Refer to your reservation under number G2A-07UQ for 3 adult, please note the rate you book is only for 2 persons. For your convenient you can book for the second room however if you would like to stay 3 persons in one room there will be an extra charge for extra person at THB1,425Nett exclude breakfast per person per night and daily breakfast is THB295Nett per person per day. The rate inclusive of taxes and service charge.
看了后非常气愤,一方面不允许我取消预订,一方面变相的加钱,难道网站上写的还不够清楚么?当时预订的时候我还特意电话问了客服,这个价格是3个人的吗?因为我看了选2个人也是一样的价格,客服很肯定的跟我说是3人的,我才提交了信用卡资料,这样做未免太无耻了。现在这样算是变相收费吗?我可以投诉他们吗?
