宿务航空，支付宝付款成功，没有出票

支付宝显示付款成功，但是宿务账户里没有这个机票。打支付宝客服说钱付过了，问宿务马尼拉客服说让等待，发邮件，不断的24小时联系，始终无果。请问有类似情况么，怎么投诉解决。

我最后是给宿雾太平洋航空的支付中心写电邮，附上支付宝付款成功的截图，说明情况，才给我确认的。你可以发电邮到这个电邮：cebpaymentcenter@cebupacificair.com

我的电邮你可以参考下：
The payment was confirmation in Jan ,27, 2015, but tickets are not  confirmation,I found this order has been canceled，please confirm my tickets.

Cebu Booking Number: ******,I have confirmation of  payment from Alipay,Cebu Pacific airline Order Number in Alipay :**************,My Transaction Number  in  Alipay:******************.

是的，但是往往会告诉你跟哪个邮件联系。。。

貌似只给了几个网站上也有的客服电话。。。真的要逼我打国际长途过去吐槽么
