这样的，订了9月30日的马尼拉-宿雾的机票，但是觉得不合适，想往后面改一班。刚好宿雾动了我的机票时间，提前起飞10分钟。
我要求更改下一班，直播如下：
英语不好，不要喷。
第一封信：
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to ask whether I can change my flight 5J579 to 5J549 for free.
I booked 2 air tickets Flight 5J579 on September 30th ,from Manila to Cebu which take off from 10:05 p.m., but now the takeoff time has been changed from 10:05 p.m. to 9:55 p.m. Because you change the time , Could cause me to be unable to come to the immigration. We will arrive in Manila on the same day 8:00PM, your company changed the departure time of the 5J579 flight, I am very embarrassed. it would be grateful if you can help me change the flight.后面给了航班信息。
回信如下：
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Good day!
Your booking XXXXX and your flight is 10 early than the original departure. If you wish to be rebooked on a different schedule, please be informed that rebooking will be subject to change fee and fare difference, if applicable.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Sarah
