话说这次订票真是一波三折
第一次订CEBU的票,虽然之前有注册,但太久没上了,也忘了密码,就重新注册.......
17号上午,找到11月22号去,12月2号回的四张来回票同,才HKD 211一人!但约人别人吃饭的时间到了,就想着像亚航一样,放2个小时回来付款!!
但是一回来,竟然没有HOLD住,没票!!!! .......><.............
晚上加班回家,就准备先没四人的也先订2人的吧!!
订第一张票,很正常,是我自己的,完全木有问题
第二张票杯具了,因为系统一直很慢,我一直F5 F5的刷新,每次一刷新,系统就需要重改订票人名字.或许是最后一次时,忘了改,系统DEFAULT那个名字就是会员的名字!!
所以杯具产生了,当我付完款后,我发现那张票也是我的名字!!!!! .........><............
事后我马上发邮件去给CEBU的改名部门!然后说明情况,来来回回三四次,最终CEBU给我发了这个邮件
一发现这个问题,我马上发MAIL给CEBU:
第一步解释事件的发生,与以要求改名的需求 (英文不好,可能还有语法拼写的错误,仅供参考) Dear All:
My name is XXX, I had book the fly ticket on your website tonignt, My booking No. is XXX. We would like to Kalibo on Nov 22,2013. And I need to book the fly ticket for my friend whose name is XXX, Birth day is XXX. After I had pay the payment, I found my friend's ticket show the customer name is XXX, The Booking No. is XXX. I was shock!! I sure i had revise the customer name as my friends name XXX and I had input her birthday is XXX I cannot belive my eyes, I thinks may be it's the systerm error . After i found this error, I had send the mail for you immerdiately!!
Pls kindly help to revise the name as xxx for Booking No. xxx. Pls Pls Pls !! And Tks a lot for your help!!

Thanks a lot for your quickly reply.
For the reason why it's show the birthday date same as Booking NO.:XXX, I think when I process the purchasing. Some date is mismatch, I will push the back key to make the right selection!
Since this 2rd transaction, I had insucess operation servel time, So i have input servel time! But in this servel time operation, I think i had revise the name as my friendXXX!!
It's the first time I book the ticket in Cebupacificair, Maybe there is very Verdancy for me.So it casuse this mistake.In fact , I think Nobody will buy 2 ticket in the same airline for 1 persons!
Pls help to correction the name for my firends.
CEBU快很来了第二次回复,但可能是换人了,所以答的东西不同,竟然要收我改名费改机票,如下:
坑爹,这太不合理了,姐怒了,发了一个很不爽的MAIL去答他:
Dear Sir or Madam:
You mean I cannot revise the name with free? I must revise the name with changed name fee and upgrate my promo ticket as regular fee ?
Even the case it's the operation error cause, and when i realize the question, I had inform you first! I don't think It's in reason!
If the case it's I haven't buy the ticket in the same airline with the same name, and i had inform you the case cause later (About 1 week or more), I think you cannot accept my reason, It's in reaseon!
But when I realize the case cause, I had try to correct the mistake in serval method! It's after 1:00 AM in china, I go through the website to find you contract information and send the mail for you immeridately!
Since it's the first time I book the tickect in Cebupacificair! It not familar with me!
Since i have just register the member in your website, The system will also default my information XXX whe I book the ticket! And the website cannot go soomthly yesterday, I had to out and in again to buy the ticket , Which cause I had restart to buy the ticket! I think I had revise the name once and once again, But it still casue the error which made me so sad and disappoint ........
Pls kindly understand me and help to revise the name as my Freinds name XXX!

改名成功啦~~而且不用钱的!!!
太开心了,之前听说CEBU的改名很难!!没有想到,这次是PROMO的票(1HKD),来回全包(211HKD)的,也给我改命了!!
