宿雾发邮件说是航班取消了，邮件内容如下：

•Rebooking of the flight without charges for 30 days from the disrupted flight.

一来二去都发了好几次了，我的意思是接受中转航班，并提供了航班号和时间，结果每次宿雾都发相同的内容，并未对我的订单进行修改。难道是我的意思没表达清楚，求助啊！！！！

楼主我的情况跟你一样，跟他们说了一遍又一遍，不知道是我英文不行还是他们没搞懂，来回了不下10封信才搞定。附上最后的一封结果可以了如下：

有改过航班的童鞋，可以去问下，另外好象那个邮箱听说有几个，要找权限大的客服邮箱，邮件名称也很重要，有时是自动回复所以没解决问题

关键是给我发了起码不下5次（前几次是我自己去问的）
后来同意在马尼拉中转
就没下文了

今天早上回信都控制在15分钟  现在发了5个过去  一个都没回来
