询问jetsetter后的回复

一朝一夕

由于迟迟等不到jetsetter的砍单或者确认，每天悬吊吊的，还错过了喜来登的毛，忍不了了就给他们发了封邮件，得到如下的回复：

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for contacting Jetsetter! We appreciate hearing from you and are happy to assist you with your inquiry.

After checking our system, we verify that your Jetsetter Reservation appears just as you describe. Rest assured, Jetsetter guarantees your booking. Typically, secondary confirmation emails are sent out within 7 days of booking, however this is not always the case. Jetsetter guarantees your reservation and you should expect the secondary confirmation email within the next few days.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. There is no reason to be alarmed that you have yet to receive the supplier confirmation number. However we understand that travel can sometimes be stressful. Our goal is to make travel as effortless and enjoyable as possible.

We have received your reservation for Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. It typically takes one week for a reservation to be confirmed by the property. Your reservation is currently pending and under review. You should be receiving the Supplier Confirmation number email shortly.

Jetsetter guarantees your reservation and you should expect the secondary confirmation email within the next few days.如果确认，不会要你等待几天后的确认邮件的
