我定了THAIREGIONAL1.27号曼谷飞清迈。2.4号普吉飞曼谷的一共四张票。今天收到这个邮件。本人英语较差。看不太懂，他的意思是3月31号前的都取消了吗？？请大家帮帮忙啊！

回复他们要refund,他们会再发一封带附件的邮件给你，附件是要你填写退款信息。写完后再发给refund@thairegionalairlines.com

退款要提供信用卡卡号姓名什么的，这样不会泄露信息吧，就怕是个骗子公司。
