We are writing to inform you that the rate of RMB0.00 that you were recently able to book for the Four Points by Sheraton Qingdao, Chengyang was published in error due to a technical problem. While it should have been very clear to you that this was an error, we understand that you were able to make a reservation(s) and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Rather than cancel these reservations in accordance with our terms & conditions for rates published in error, we want to show our appreciation for your interest in the Four Points by Sheraton Qingdao, Chengyang. We wish to extend to you a special offer of your first night at the confirmed rate of RMB0.00, with our compliments, and any remaining nights at RMB310 (subject to 15% service fee), which represents a 50% discount off the normal rate of RMB620. This offer includes complimentary Buffet Breakfast for two and applies to each reservation if you are holding multiple reservations. In addition, this special rate is eligible for full SPG benefits. In order to take advantage of the offer and stay at the hotel, you must be the registered guest. Also, we cannot accept changes or modifications to the reservation(s).
Although your reservation(s) was not made directly with the hotel, we ask that you please communicate directly with the Four Points by Sheraton Qingdao, Chengyang. You may email our Reservation Department at fourpoints.qd@fourpoints.com or call (86 532) 66968888. We ask that you respond by 16 February 2013. If you decide not to accept the offer, please let us know and we will cancel your reservation(s). If we do not hear from you by 16 February 2013, we will assume you no longer wish to keep your reservation(s) and we will cancel on your behalf.
