To show you just how confident we are, we have our Best Price Guarantee: If you book a qualifying prepaid hotel rate on the CheapTickets Web site, and then find the same room, in the same hotel, for the same dates, at a lower price online, we'll refund the difference. If the lower price is found on the CheapTickets Web site, CheapTickets will rebook your hotel reservation at the lower price and issue a refund for the difference. In either instance, we will give you a refund and a $50 discount on a future hotel or vacation package booking. CheapTickets will refund the difference to the credit card you used to make your hotel reservation in approximately 7 - 10 business days. You'll receive the $50 coupon via e-mail.

Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

• The Best Price Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a qualifying prepaid hotel room booking through the CheapTickets Web site. Qualifying hotels must feature the "Best Price Guarantee" label.
• Once your CheapTickets reservation is confirmed, if you find a lower rate for the same hotel, room type, and check-in and check-out dates on CheapTickets or any other Web site before the hotel's cancellation fees apply, CheapTickets will refund the difference and provide a $50 discount on a future hotel or vacation package booking. To submit a claim, you must do so before the hotel's cancellation fees apply.
• The Best Price Guarantee applies only to online rates available to the general public. It does not apply to membership or corporate rates or special discounted rates including, but not limited to, AARP, AAA, military, government, or convention rates.
• The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms booked through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points or other reward type programs, rooms booked through coupon promotions, won through contests or sweepstakes or transferred or rooms booked on Web sites that do not allow you to see the name of the hotel until your reservation is complete (such as Hotwire and Priceline).
• The Best Price Guarantee applies to the rate for room nights only. Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals, or entertainment are not eligible.
• CheapTickets reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information
• CheapTickets will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by CheapTickets or the hotel or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to the CheapTickets rate.
• If your claim is for a lower price on the CheapTickets Web site and your claim is approved, CheapTickets will rebook your hotel reservation at the lower price using the credit card you used to make your original hotel reservation. CheapTickets will cancel your original hotel reservation and refund the higher price to your credit card in approximately 7-10 business days. CheapTickets will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by CheapTickets or the hotel or car rental company or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to in any materials relating to rates backed by the Best Price Guarantee.
