买过香港快运的机票的童鞋请帮忙看看

昨天訂購香港快運網站上的香港至布吉機票一共6個成人1個小童，分別以三個訂單下定，信用卡已扣款成功，由於在網站上無法查詢機票的詳細信息，
無法確認到以上三個訂單是否成功出票，
同時也無法查詢到機票上所有乘機人的信息；
電腦發出的行程單上無顯示訂單上全部乘機人的姓名、護照，
會否影響到我們進入香港海關時需出示的過境資料不全？

為了確認以上事項，第一回合，我打去香港快運的客服熱線和香港航空的客服熱線，
聯繫方式見鏈接  http://www.hongkongairlines.com/zh_CN/contactus；
結果是全部的熱線電話都沒有人接聽一直都是播音樂；

第二回合，打去海航的客服熱線（香港快運現在是海航集團的子公司），答曰無法從訂單號查詢到此筆，叫我繼續撥打950715的香港航空國內熱線。

第三回合，群發郵件到以上鏈接的所有郵箱，現在正在等回音。

凭护照、签证、确认邮件能入关吗？也是买了香港快运的，才发现木有电子机票，只有确认邮件。好抓急啊

我也是没有电子机票，只有确认邮件。里面只有一个Booking No.。发邮件去问了。在等消息。

我也是这样,好焦急啊!!!我准备出发了,酒店也定了?不出票怎么办啊

不用行程单号也可以?但我不知道他是否成功出票

刚打了电话 13分钟的时候开始接听 情况如下 身份证号码订票到时可以免费更改  电子机票不日会发到乘客邮箱

我刚刚订的，有票号。但是邮件标题是Itinerary，上面也是啥个人信息也没有。准备把带票号的那一页打印出来过关。。
