收到亚航邮件，请高人指教....

由于去程被亚航取消，前两天给亚航发了邮件要求改签，今天收到亚航回信，如下

In response to your email, please be informed that we had issued your query to the Pre-Flight Team and they shall contact and assist you further for booking number Dxxxx, Dxxxx and Bxxxx.
We thank you for your patient and understanding in this matter.

今天收到亚航邮件，它只给我改了我的国际航班，成都-吉隆坡的，它说他只管D7航班的，大马国内的它不管，它只能帮我联系...我该问哪儿？？？有没有改过签的遇到过这种情况？大马国内的容易改不？
（我以前的航班只知道成都-吉隆坡的去程取消了，其余的航班都没有晚点啊取消的情况...不知道这样大马国内的航班会不会给我改签...

没事儿的时候你可以继续骚扰这个客服部门，查查你的订票情况。反正，他们就是干这个的。
