【求助】travelpony 订房信用卡已付款，问酒店没有确认单

上周用travelpony 订房信用卡已付款，完成扣款，形成订单。
随后发邮件到香港华美达九龙店确认，酒店回复没有我的订单。
求助，改如何处理。
邮件部分内容如下：
Thank you for your email. We are sorry to inform you that your reservation could not be found by the provided name and staying period in our Hotel system. Please check

今天刚订6月的酒店，订完半小时发邮件去酒店邮箱确认，10分钟后收到酒店确认的回复

九龙华美达我在pony上订过，3月初成功入住。
酒店还给升级了房型，不知道是不是跟网站有关系。

谢谢，但是，还是有点没底呢，毕竟钱已经付了。

欧美那边网站都是这样子的 你可以发个邮件给网站客服i  看看他们能不能提前把你的入住信息给酒店不过我上次也是发了邮件 他叫我不用担心  并且差不多一周的时候给我发了个酒店的确认邮件

香港的酒店要临近入住才会给在酒店预订里面可以查到 建议一周以内询问
