电话过答应退杭州到清迈往返时间变动的票，但我还想退清迈到甲米的票，回复发来这个邮件，意思是要EFORM?这个不是退税吗？

所以你是想退税还是退全额？写eform的时候是两个不同的主题的如果应为航班更改原因可以退全额的
