之前我的航班被改动我发邮件要求退到账户里
他现在回这啥意思啊

Before we proceed with the cancellation for travel fund of your booking, please be advised that you have to call our 24 hours call center hotline at (+632) 7020888 for you to redeem the travel fund amount within 90days from the creation date of your travel fund.

Please re-confirm if we will continue the cancellation and if you clearly understood the procedure before we proceed with the cancellation for travel fund.

Please also include if we will cancel ALL PASSENGERS in the booking and store the amount to TRAVEL FUND.

你不是要取消吗？要你确认，如果你确定要取消，会把钱退到旅行基金里。
