我和我儿子收到的不一样，这是要进行现场生物采样，不能直接寄护照？另外我儿子的姓也填成了名，双份名了，如何申请更改？

谢谢  Request letter是什么意思，上面有查询吗，正常通过是在一个月内寄护照，我这个只有10天时间
