不知道哪位达人找菲律宾航空退过款吗? 上周我在菲律宾航空的官网买了程春节马尼拉飞科隆的机票,第一次付款时说是页面错误,又重新付款。付好款到邮箱一看,两次都成功了,买了两张一模一样的票。 我就发了邮件到这个邮箱: [url=mailtonlinebooking_refunds@philippineairlines.com]onlinebooking_refunds@philippineairlines.com[/url]
后面,这个邮箱回复我: Thank you for your email to Philippine Airlines dated October 29, 2012. We understand that you are requesting to refund tickets due to duplicate booking. We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused. Kindly be advised that we have cancelled the tickets under reference F***** and retain the one at reference G*****. Based on the fare restrictions, the tickets are refundable and subject to fees; however, since the situation is due to system error resulting to duplicate booking, we may consider your request. Please be advised that we will forward your concern to our Support Desk for their advise. Rest assured that we will respond to you as soon as we get feedback from them. We hope for your patience and understanding
过了几天,还是没有答复,我上周五又发了个邮件给他们: it has been the fifth day for the fund request. Could you urge the Support desk and give me a deadline? I hope that the sooner feedback will improve the satisfaction degree to you service. or could you give the e-mail of the so called Supprot Desk and i will contact with it directly.
结果到现在也没回复我。 我该怎么做啊。。。 他是想默默的把我的钱吞了吗? 是不是还有其他客户投诉的邮箱可以发呢?有人试过吗? |
