收到邮件说我下个月的航班,公主港到宿雾提前了一个小时,去查了下是每一天都这样提前了,我是当天要从爱妮岛去公主港再坐飞机的,时间上就会来不及,本来的计划是坐Van,头班车5点,其实坐rorobus可以有4点,但是这要几点起床啊……去旅游没必要把自己弄这么累不是。
于是就搜索了论坛的帖子,发现之前大家都有成功改签的案例。邮件里说是打电话去,尼玛国际长途,我这种蹩脚英语说不清楚就麻烦了,于是回了邮件去说明情况,我回复了两个地址,一个是当时发来的schedchange@advisory.cebupacific5j.com,另外一个是大家普遍说可以发去沟通的 cebskedchange@cebupacificair.com。
本来改签也不值得一提,可是我老公说我们可以趁机把行程延长,再去公主港晃一圈玩玩,然后在薄荷岛多呆一天,其实这也是我们本来的意思,由于当时买的1P机票只促销到15号就作罢了。
再有甚者,同行的一个朋友前几天眼睛受伤了不能去,我就借由说他们不想舟车劳顿,于是把所有机票都退了,哈哈哈。
回复我的是发来邮件的这个邮箱,看起来后面的人权限很大的样子,全都同意了,早上8点之后就回复了邮件,把我们的行程都延后到了促销期之外,待我确认后就发来了新的行程单,网站上的行程也已经更新好了,至于退款两个人的费用说要在60个银行日之后返还到信用卡。
下面贴一下我发去的邮件,原谅我的破英文。我里面有跟他们说在agoda上房间都订好了,现在不足21天不能免费取消,其实呢,菲律宾人酒店都是发邮件定的,一般一周之前确定就好了,已经都跟酒店联系好。
