成功免费取消BOOKING曼谷酒店

艰难决定取消2月7日去泰国曼谷、清迈的行程，之前在BOOKING上定了一家促销不退款的曼谷酒店，1300多，还是想试试能不能退掉，虽然不报什么希望。
用BOOKING小助手给酒店发消息说因为中国疫情，不想把病毒带到泰国，取消了行程，希望能免费取消酒店。酒店很快回消息说曼谷一切正常，但很理解你的选择，如果有改期需要请联系BOOKING官方。
我又给BOOKING人工客服发消息请求免费取消并在订单页面上提出免费取消申请，过了半天BOOKING告诉我已与酒店申请但还是不能退款。
我继续用BOOKING小助手给酒店发消息说能不能免费取消，酒店说这是BOOKING官方才能决定的。
Please be informed that the booking belongs to booking.com website. The hotel can't amend or cancelled from the hotel site. Kindly contact to Booking.com customer service for your assistance.
我直接给酒店发邮件，再次申请，并附上了机票、其他酒店的取消截图。

第二天早上得到BOOKING通知，酒店向BOOKING申请免费取消酒店，并同意了。
免费取消成功。
