亚航未乘坐的机票退税实况直播

今天给亚航写信要求把8月没去使用的国际机票退税，收到如下回信“CASE NUMBER : CAS-4433790-91SKQ2

Thank you for e-mailing AirAsia. We have reviewed your claims and we regret to inform you that your refund request has been declined.

Our record shows that you are booked under the following
1) Sky Agent
2) Go Holiday
3) Expedia
4) Government
5) Corporate

Thus, please contact your respective booking agents to process your claims.

大概意思应该说我的票是从代理机构买的吧，可是是我自己从亚航网站买的呀，又给亚航写投诉信了，还没回信。第二张需要退税的国际机票，回信是“Case Number : CAS-4433875-SDDJRJ.

Thank you for e-mailing AirAsia. We have reviewed your request and we hereby regret to inform that the said request has been declined as the booking number submitted was the first confirmed booking in our system. Thus, this booking has been confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

Other identical bookings made subsequent to the first booking will be identified automatically in our system and will be refunded. Please expect a case acknowledgement sent to your e-mail if there are any other duplicate bookings in our system.

You may have to respond to this e-mail by providing the details of your bank account and/or credit card number in the event we do not have the said details in our system for the refund processing.
