那天看到@ Tiny⌒策/aiq的帖子，迅速订了三晚的，然后各种不放心，刚给酒店官网上的邮箱去信，很快就回复了，如下：

大意是说这个价格是网站的错误，我们不能确认这个订单。建议我跟网站联系取消订单，如果还想住这的话，可以直接跟他们预定，他们会给我一个优惠。

钱已经跟银行确认过了，网站已经扣款了。至今也没收到hotelopis网站的k单邮件。有过这种经验的tx，接下来我应该怎么办？

因为不是直接跟酒店订的，酒店是完全米责任的，如果你据理力争，对象应该是网站方面，成功不是完全没可能，楼主可以试试撒

1 明确你是通过合法途径订的酒店，出示订单
2 解决方案
A 网站承担损失，安排你继续入住
B 取消该预定，给你安排同时间和地区的其他酒店，当然要你满意的
C 取消预定，给予一定的经济补偿，可能是网站的券之类的
