[传统航空] 文莱航空憋到今天终于发公告了

Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) is closely monitoring developments related to the Coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China and the directives from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the different Government Agencies in China, Brunei and other Countries we serve.   The safety of our crew and guests is our highest priority. We are working closely with the authorities to minimise the spread of the coronavirus and taking proactive measures for our guests and crew.
This includes proactive screening of the guests on the ground, safety measures to be taken by crew and guests on ground and in air. We also have in place a set of standard operating procedures to handle each flight, various inflight medical emergencies, including potentially infectious diseases. Any unwell guests will be attended to by relevant medical authorities immediately after the aircraft lands.
On board RB flights, stocks of surgical masks and anti-bacterial hand sanitisers are available to our guests and crews. Additional aircraft cabin disinfection has been implemented as a proactive measure by RB.
Passengers and crew who are feeling unwell and have travelled to China recently are strongly advised to promptly seek medical attention, and report their travel history.
Some flight suspension/consolidation from mainland China and Hong Kong has been implemented as follows and applies till 29th February 2020.

Brunei – Beijing (Daxing) v.v.
Daily

·         Reduced to four flights per week for period 1-10 February 2020
·         All flights suspended for period 11 to 29 February 2020
Brunei – Shanghai v.v.
Three times a week
·         All flights suspended for period 1 to 29 February 2020
Brunei – Hong Kong v.v.
Daily

·         Reduced to five flights per week for period 1-29 February 2020
·         Two flights per week (Tuesday and Thursday) suspended for period 1 to 29 February 2020
Brunei – Haikou v.v.
Twice weekly
·         All flights suspended for period 30 January to 29 February 2020
Brunei – Nanning v.v.
Twice weekly
·         All flights suspended for period 3   to 29 February 2020
Brunei – Changsha v.v.
Once weekly
·         All flights suspended for period 2 to 29 February 2020
Brunei – Hangzhou v.v.
Once weekly
·         All flights suspended for period 5 to 29 February 2020
All other routes are operating as per published schedule.
Royal Brunei is assisting booked guests affected by the flight changes with alternative flight arrangements (where feasible) or full refund of the fare. Certain destinations within RB’s route network have imposed travel bans for guests based on nationalities, cities of origin or travel history and travel alerts for non-essential travel. Guests are recommended to check with respective governments or embassies/high commissions prior to travel.
The following options are available to Royal Brunei Airlines guests who are affected by the flight changes and travel bans:
Booking on another RB flight: Guests can book onto another RB flight at a later date without any change fees. Applicable for all flights to/from mainland China and Hong Kong from 31st January to 31st March 2020 that was ticketed upto 31st January 2020.
Full refund: Obtain a full refund to your original payment method for the amount equivalent to your booking. Applicable for all flights to/from mainland China and Hong Kong from 31st January to 31st March 2020 that was ticketed upto 31st January 2020.
For bookings made through travel agents including online travel agents, refund requests are to be made via the respective travel agents.
Royal Brunei Airlines assures that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and our operating Crew is our highest priority. RB is complying with advice and regulations from the local government, China Civil Aviation Authority, global and local health authorities, including the World Health Organisation.
RB guests who are in China are advised to abide by announcements made by the Government and health authorities, and to contact their respective diplomatic missions in mainland China for assistance.

我2月3号出发,没动静,联系不上他们,携程说文莱航空还没有政策出来

不知道这个正式不正式,鞋程说还没接到文莱航空通知

官网订票,没找到退票窗口,你们都是怎么操作的?望指点一二。打文莱航空北京的电话没人接听。
