雅高扣款失败怎么补救？

Refer to your booking check-in 21-30 July,2014 for 1 Standard Room 9 nights at Ibis Phuket Kata (File Number  under “Hot Deal – Pre-paid” conditions, the conditions are pre payment, no amendment, no cancellation and not refundable.

Unfortunately, with the credit card details that you gave us, we got error from the bank system (Declined), and cannot charge your stay.
We would appreciate if you could send us an alternative credit card details: Credit card No., Card holder name and Expiration date, according to Hot Deal Pre-paid conditions.

In case we do not receive any respond from you, please do note that your room will be held up until 18:00hrs, after that it will be automatically released by the system; moreover, your room rate will be changed to the Best Unrestricted Rate at THB 1,187  per room per night inclusive of 18.7% tax and service charge on room only instead unless the reservation is guaranteed by full payment under Hot Deal pre-paid conditions.

我要付不了款，但是收到了邮件有预定号， 为什么是好事呢？会不会不保留房间呢？
