Dear Madam and Sir,

I have bought a groupen voucher for hotelclub. Then, I did the register steps as required. I have registered in hotelclub web using the groupen code, after that, I got an email from hotelclub, which is shown as attached. Normally, it should take maximum 48 hours to activate my account with 50 GBP after the first email. But, five days past!!!! I got nothing more! I still cannot get into my account!!

Can you please help me to check the status and fix the problem asap? Thanks a lot beforehand!
