If I do not wish to fly after purchasing a flight or if I could not show up for flight, what can I refund?
Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment you made is not refundable.
However, you can get a refund on Passenger Service Charge (PSC).
The Passenger Service Charge refund may only be made after the date of Departure. If you would like to request a refund on Passenger Service Charge fill in this form by clicking this link.
Please note that this process may take up to 30 working days and will be credited to the original mode of payment for the booking. In the event there is more than 1 guest in the confirmed booking, the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase. No refunds will be made to third parties.
You are entitled to claim the amount. However, guests will be charged a processing fee for the refund of Passenger Service Charge, as displayed on our Fee schedule here: http://www.airasia.com/my/en/our-fares/fees-and-charges.page?
Please note that Passenger Service Charge and the processing fee for Passenger Service Charge refunds differs depending on the airport you are departing from. Please note that other services purchased together with flight would not be refunded
To ensure a smooth refund process, please provide the following details:
A. If payment is made by credit card:
1. The Reservation/ Booking Reference Number
B. If payment is made by Direct Debit or Cash or Travel Agent:
1. The Reservation/ Booking Reference Number
2. Bank Account Number
3. Bank Name
4. Name of Account Holder
Please note that other services purchased together with flight would not be refunded.
