How do I transfer the points between accounts?
If you are transferring points from another member's account to your own account because you have used your Credit Card to pay for a booking, you must ask the account owner to e-mail rewards@agoda.com to grant permission. You will receive points according to the amount that has been charged to your Credit Card. If you are transferring points between accounts registered under the same name, you must provide us with the proof that you are the owner of both accounts, which means registered names, contact details, and Credit Card details in both accounts must be the same. To request an account merge and transfer of points to an existing account and to terminate the new duplicate account, e-mail rewards@agoda.com.
