有时行有时不行。我有一个退款直接回复,很快收到一封确认邮件,内容下面这样:
We are pleased to inform you that your refund has been validated and is in progress. This refund process would take thirty (30) business days to be completed. Kindly check your credit card / bank account after the said period.
If you are an AirAsia member, you can view the status of your refund application on our website.
Kindly login via http://www.airasia.com
Look up for the Member Portal -> My Refund Status. Quote your Case Number or Booking Number provided below:
Case Number: ***************
Booking Number: ******
Please be informed that you will need to use your first booking number () for travelling purpose. If you have any pre-booked meals, seat or baggage in the refunded bookings, kindly add the same to your first booking ().
另一单,邮件直接回复以后,没收到上面的确认邮件,又到亚航网上填了张E-FORM才收到上面这封邮件的。反正要收到上面这封邮件才说明退款进入程序了。 |
