Dear Sir or Madam,
Good morning!
I made a reservation through Agoda with the booking number XXXXXXX just last night.
I checked my email this morning and found out that I made a terrible mistake on the date.
The stay will occur on DATE XX-XX, however, I will fly out KK that day. There's no possibility that I will stay that day.
My original plan was DATE XX-XX.
I know this booking is not refundable or not amendable.
However, I was still writing to see if there's anything you can do to help as I found the mistake so early.
Thanks for your time in reading this email and looking forward to a miracle.
