提醒：10月9日吉隆坡-北京 的 D7 312 取消

10月11日2014, 1650 (4:50 下午) 我们是这个点从甲米到吉隆坡啊! 亚航让我们改:
-       D7 316 on [Saturday], [11th October 2014], departing at 1845hrs, arriving in Beijing at 0050hrs the next day;  
-       D7 316 on [Sunday], [12th October 2014] departing at 1900hrs, arriving in Beijing at 0105hrs the next day;
如果是11日的，时间不赶趟啊！时间只有1个小时，转机时间肯定不够啊！这可怎么办啊???
另外，其他选项是：You wish to move* to any of our other Kuala Lumpur - Beijing flights of your choice;

·         You wish to cancel your ticket and request for a refund;

·         You wish to convert the fares into an Online Credit Shell;

·         Should you have any connecting flights on AirAsia X/ AirAsia, we will a        lso move* them accordingly; or

·         Should you have any concerns you would like us to address.
他们的解释是at no cost, subject to availability，这要加钱吗?

急求！ 第一次买亚航的机票，还碰见这事了！！！

我昨天早上发的邮件到现在还没有回复呢，澳洲的邮箱也发了，好着急~

换了个邮箱没退回来, 但也没回音.

我是18号的这趟航班，同样被取消了，QQ邮箱回复的邮件，已经发了好几封了，到现在也没有得到回复，也没有收到已读回执，不知道什么情况。
能给我下你的信么，学习下。。。
