我发email过去说为什么不能选择豪华座位 , 以及附图相同日期还是有豪华座位的
3/5日亚航回复“Based on our findings, there was a system glitch with regards to the fare type tagged for FLY THRU bookings.Based on the display in the website, the fare which you selected for the return flight was an Economy fare, however due to a glitch it was displayed as a Premium fare.
This is the reason why you are unable to select a Premium seat as the flight is actually booked under an Economy Class.
As a gesture of goodwill, we would be able to offer you a Premium seat on the same date which you were booked on, by topping up the difference between the Economy fare paid and the lowest Premium fare which was offered for the flight.“
既然承认是自己网站错误造成的又让我补差价,那我当然不肯了,就回复他说不同意,这个是你们造成的失误。我来回还是要选择头等舱。
今天终于回复我了After reviewed your below email with the relevant department, we as a gesture of goodwill are agree to assign your seat from HGH/KUL/HGH and return under Premium class without any additional fee.Please revert us with your agreeable to the above arrangement and we will do the needful.
态度要强硬一点。。。
我还没回他们呢,准备明天直接回复我要1A 和1B的座位 |
