是的，但是往往会告诉你跟哪个邮件联系。。。

貌似只给了几个网站上也有的客服电话。。。真的要逼我打国际长途过去吐槽么

我最后是给宿雾太平洋航空的支付中心写电邮，附上支付宝付款成功的截图，说明情况，才给我确认的。你可以发电邮到这个电邮：cebpaymentcenter@cebupacificair.com

我的电邮你可以参考下：
The payment was confirmation in Jan ,27, 2015, but tickets are not  confirmation,I found this order has been canceled，please confirm my tickets.
