在我投诉了BBB后,7月7日OP给我邮件回复说:
This email is in the reference to your query received on BBB. We would like to inform you that we are processing the refund of your remaining flights and we will send you the refund details as soon refund will get processed.
我立即回复:
I donnot have any flight left!!! What I ask is give me the 3 flight tickets which you are still not comfirm( they are still inprocess!!!)
So!
donnot give me the refund!!!
if you still want to give me the refund, I asked for treble damage!!!
OP在回我邮件说:
We would like to inform you that the issue is not resolved yet.
It may take more time to get resolved. If you wish you may book flight directly for Airline to avoid trouble in your Travel plan and we will process the refund.
We request you to please revert us to take further action.
因为只退票价,其中的各种手续费是不退的,而且退了后自己买票价几乎比传统航空都要高了,于是我回复:
The price of the flight has been more expensive now than the time I change flight in optiontown. If you give me the price disparities between the price to book flight directly now and the price I paid when I bought the flightpass. I can accept the refund and price disparitites.
OP回复我:
Only the remaining flights credit will be refunded back. So, if you wish to wait then request you to let this case pending so that once the booking issue is resolved we shall notify you.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter!
我没辙了,只能等了,等个天荒地老,等到出行那天还没出票的话,我再考虑退款吧,大约损失几百块手续费
