With reference to the pricing, may I explain, all hotels featured on AsiaRooms.com are responsible for setting up, maintaining and monitoring all aspects of the information displayed about them on our site. They access our site via our hotel extranet, where they load their rooms and rates. This is then fed directly onto the AsiaRooms.com website. The terms and conditions of use of our site include specific reference to the hotels’ responsibility for maintaining their information and stock availability on the site.
Unfortunately the hotel cannot honour the rate as it is to low. This is a mistake on their part, and they have asked that I convey their apologies to you. Although I appreciate your booked via AsiaRooms.com, your actual contract is with the hotel.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
