我写到好几个相关的Email，其中这个email回复我了。
Hello！ I have received an email today about changing my flight route and time.The reservation number is WMTUKK .
The old schedule is PPS-USU,31-JAN- 2014,the new schedule is PPS-MNL-USU,31-JAN-2014.
The original 1 hour tour change to 7 hours,and I have to spend 5 hours waiting at MNL airport,that waste my all day time.So I can not accept this changing.
My requirements are as follows:
1. If there is any flight from PPS to USU on every Tuesday and Thursday(Accroding to the search result on your official website now),please change our flight to 30-JAN-2014(Thursday).
2. If there is no flight between PPS and USU,please change our flight to MNL-USU,29-JAN-2014.I prefer to give up the destination Puerto Princesa than waste my all day time on the way..

对方的回复：Dear Sir/Ma’am, Thank you for your email to Philippine Airlines. We understand that you are not amenable with the schedule change on your flight under reference WMTUKK. We apologize for the inconvenience. We would like to verify your preferred flight for Puerto Princesa – Busuanga on January 30, 2014 so we could further reserve your seats. Kindly be informed that since we do not have a direct flight from Puerto Princesa to Busuanga, it will be a connecting via Manila. In case that you opt to change your itinerary to our Manila – Busuanga flight, please be advised that we only have seats available for PR033 on January 29, 2014. Note that the said flight will be departing in Manila at 03:20PM and will be arriving Busuanga at 04:15PM. You may send us an email on how you would like us to proceed or you may also contact our 24-hour Reservations Hotline at (632) 855-8888 for immediate assistance.
