我发现英国站的客服和美国站的是一样的。
因为我分别在英国站和美国站用我和老公的名字定。
美国站客服回复我说要退款,不能用。
然后,一个小时后英国站的回我先生的邮箱要重订全部,然后4个订单包过美国站的都写了出来。
客服的名字是同一个人。。。
晕啊。
