We refer to your flight D7 182 on Sunday, 26th October 2014 scheduled to depart at 1005hrs from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2).

We regret to inform you that the above flight has been rescheduled to a new departure time of 0950hrs on the same day.

The new scheduled arrival time at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo is at 1040hrs on the same day.

This retime is due to Operational Reasons.

Please contact us at aax_preflight@airasia.com, quoting your booking number, if:

·         You want to move* to the closest flight to your original flight as follows:

-       D7 182 on [Friday], [24th October 2014], departing at 0950hrs, arriving in Colombo at 1040hrs; or

-       D7 182 on [Tuesday], [28th October 2014], departing at 1400hrs, arriving in Colombo at 1450hrs

·         You wish to move* to any of our other Kuala Lumpur - Colombo flights of your choice;

·         You wish to cancel your ticket and request for a refund;

·         You wish to convert the fares into an Online Credit Shell;

·         Should you have any connecting flights on AirAsia X/ AirAsia, we will also move* them accordingly; or

·         Should you have any concerns you would like us to address.

*at no cost, subject to availability

Also, please find attached a letter confirming the retime for your travel insurance provider should you require it.

就变动了15分钟！以前亚航变40分钟也就是发个邮件通知你航班变了，不会给我这么多选择的。

然后我回复邮件说，要不退票算了，那边也同意了，让我借记卡卡号，然后说15个工作日。

第一次遇到亚航还这么主动。不过什么时候到账就不知道了！

果然啊，原来我最近联系的都是AAX这个邮箱，果然回复很积极，态度也不错

今天终于收到回复了，要我提供银行账户，请问必须提供我当时付款的信用卡账户么？还是别的借记卡账户就可以？

都可以，我曾经是支付宝付款，退到信用卡的，不过为了确保退款成功，最好用当时预定时候的卡。

我也遇到相同情况了。可是连续2封eform都是说只能退亚航帐户，不知道该如何继续了。我还没有给亚航打过电话申请。
请问楼主是发邮件给AAX才有回复了还是怎么样？给AAX必须要用英文写吗？
