本人第一次买groupon的券,也从未在hotelclub上注册,一共团了两张券(3.9晚上团的,当即收到扣款成功的短信并收到HC发来的两个PDF)。
一张券成功注册,另一张券S活都注册不了,不管是换邮箱换注册名,都一直出现下列红色字句:
“"Sorry but we are having trouble processing your
registration.
Please Check your voucher code again or contact Groupon UK on +44 0203 5100
410 or support@groupon.co.uk for further assistant. "
于是发邮件到HC的邮箱投诉,页面链接在HC的网站找到,https://faq.hotelclub.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/18734
于是周日写了第一封邮件:
Dear Sir/Madam:
I have bought the groupon voucher as"Hotel club UK £50 towards hotel stays";
while i register from the link http://www.hotelclub.com/promo/grouponUK/ try
to register a new a/c in hotel club,as the ID "XXX", and I have never had a registration in hotel club before.
but a problem appeasr that while i enter the voucher code from the PDF
from groupon uk as the "GRUKXXXXXXXX“
then it comes out "Sorry but we are having trouble processing your
registration.
Please Check your voucher code again or contact Groupon UK on +44 0203 5100
410 or support@groupon.co.uk for further assistant. "
*so can you help me why this happen and how can i fix it?*
