最早是客服说只看入住时间不看预定时间，
事情经过就不复述了。。。
总之就是4848客服那边，反反复复，直到昨天晚上为止 居然出尔反尔了。。
不过我昨天晚上和4848谈心一个半小时~他们把我的投诉提升到总部了，今天接到总部邮件：大意就是可以手工补（见下文）
大家有相同问题烦恼的，好好和4848谈谈吧。。。还是有效果的~
