We received your email and we are more than happy to help you out. Ceb Club is now GetGo. As of the moment we are still in the process of updating Ceb Club accounts into GetGo. Since your email address (xxx@xxx.com) shows that it's still with Ceb Club, resetting of password to GetGo website is not advisable. We will keep you posted as soon as your account has been transferred to GetGo.

就是说 现在在从原来的宿务会员升级为GETGO，然后部分账户还在迁移中，再等待的意思吧

嗯，在官网主页登陆的地方选forget password，然后等发你邮件给你邮件链接
让你重新写新密码，8位以上，就好啦，点开页面完善资料
