hotelclub的券买了很多张，到今天才要回来（还有一张老用户的要打电话）
说一下经验，开始发email要那个老用户的，回信说必须打电话
然后分别用不同email写信要钱，回了其中的几个，还有几个没收到
然后等啊等，再各自又发了email，还是没用
我用其中已经收到回复的email写信去要其他几个账户的钱
这下才全部收到了回复，其中gmail的邮箱收到的最晚，不知道为什么，最后剩两个gmail，最后一封邮件才要回来。
我的E文也一般般，但是起码对方看懂了，这里附上我写的帮朋友要的email，有需要的可以参考：
Dear ****:
Thank you for activating my account again!
Here my friends have the same problems as mine that their reiceived the "one more step"email but no more following email ,which means their account can't be used untill now.
As their English is not very good, I want to send the email for them.
The following accounts are my friends, would you please help us to have a check ???

之后仍然有几个没收到，所以又写了以下的：
