5月份买了宿雾的机票,收到了一封邮件说是可以注册getgo会员,如图
Your pre-assigned GetGo Membership Number is
2XXXXXX6
Please follow these simple steps to activate your account:
STEP 1: Go to www.GetGo.com.ph and click JOIN
STEP 2: GetGo will ask you if you have a membership card. Tick YES and enter
yourpre-assigned membership number on the text field.
STEP 3: Fill out the form and click PROCEED.
按照说明一步一步去注册,最后说 “This email address is not available for use.Please try another one or contact us for further assistance.”
换了XXX@sina.com XXX@gmail.com 等几个邮箱都是这句话。
注册过说说是什么原因?要用什么邮箱注册呀!
给contactus@getgo.com.ph发邮件也没回。

Hi Duststrom,
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you. Your reference ticket number is 2XXXX.
We have checked your email address 199656978@qq.com and found out that it is a registered CEB Club account but it's not yet updated/transferred to GetGo. That is the reason why you cannot enroll using your email at the moment. What we are going to do is, we will escalate this to our concerned team. You will be receiving an email from us if it's already updated or transferred. We will keep you posted from time to time.
In the meantime, if you really want to join and start earning points, you can use a new email for enrollment. Once updating of your details to GetGo is completed, you can request for merging so you will have one account for the program.
