关于澳洲电子签菲律宾转机，菲律宾移民局回邮件了

首先，大概在半个月前，我有致电菲律宾上海总领事馆，告诉我必须要签证，但是可以办理过境签～
心存疑惑，但是也觉得妥当点好～
最近，看到论坛好多人无菲签也很妥当。于是，写邮件给菲律宾移民局了………内容如下～～

我发的～我情况很特殊，换航空公司换航站楼。

发不来图，英文也差～～将就看吧……

Hello~

I'm holding the passport of P.R.Chnia, and have an Australian Electronic Visa (multiple entries in one year).
I will arrive NAIA T1 by MU211 in 03:40 and depart NAIA T3 by 5J7295 in 00:15(+1) to Sydney.
Because of the different airline company(China Eastern Airline,Cebupacific Airline) and terminal(T1 to T3) ,could I transit without the visa of Philippines ?

Good day! Please be informed that you will be allowed to transit from one airport terminal to another however, you will not be allowed to leave the airport premises. Kindly inform the immigration officer upon arrival that you have a connecting flight to Sydney at NAIA Terminal 3 so that you will be properly assisted.

以前确实有专人一对一的摆渡车提供，但是属于个案。

之前的个案。。。也是写过邮件。。。最后海关根据邮件来的。。。
于是。。。。。我就是按照他那个，再写的邮件。。。。
