这是我写给菲鹰航空的E-MAIL,要求他们出一张延误证明给我
以下是我写的邮件内容:
Dear staff of Airphil Express,
Our original flight NO. is 2P076 from carticlan(15:40) to manila (16:40) on MAY 3.But when we arrived on caticlan airport at 2pm, We were told that our flight was changed.Then we were sent to KALIBO AIRPORT.And You changed our flight NO. into 2P078,and the flight was delayed until 21:04pm.The result was we missed the next filght from manila to shanghai operated by CEBU PACIFIC AIR.Now we need a certification for the purpose of insurance claim.The certification should include the REASON OF DELAYING,THE SCHEDULE DEPARTURE TIME and THE ACTUAL DEPARTURE TIME .I believe you will solve my problem.

我怎么要呢?我又没有卡里波机场的E-MAIL地址?
我现在写去的是当时发电子机票给我的他们的那个邮箱
