昨晚收到消息，印度尼西亚Cocotinos Sekotong Lombok酒店有便宜的价格，就直接入手了，今天早上就收到电邮，具体如下：

First I apologies for this mistake regarding to your booking where price was incorrect. We load price for period where you made booking for lowest room category is USD. 102 / night but we don’t know what happened on the system until we received your booking with price of USD. 35 / night.

Unfortunately that we can’t confirm this booking due to wrong price load (human error). I know this is not acceptable but again I apologies for that.

这个，我也没有遇到过，不太明白。
如果你实在想纠缠，你就说，网站导致的错误，你们接受不了，作为客户的我们，同样也接收不了。

信应该是酒店直接写的，他们不认这次预定，认为是代理商错误，就是你这个网站HRS.com。

你现在可以做的就是联系你的订房网站（代理商），可以把信转给他们，让他们去解决，最好的情况就是他们自己吃亏把差额补上，你订房成功；如果不行，你就得跟订房网站死磕，至少要来无条件优惠券之类的。

你i自己跟酒店交涉是没有意义的。
