ZEST 取消周日马尼拉回上海的航班！ 怎么要求退款到信用卡

收到一封信，看了半天也没看到他们怎么赔偿我。  我现在少张国际段的票，怎么办啊！！！

这是他们的信， 有哪位牛人知道怎么通知他们让他们把我的钱返回我的信用卡吗？


我买的ZEST好像也取消了， 我的QQ 23267890.  联系一下，怎么办， 是退卡里吗？ 这个骗子公司

1.     For Domestic flights: Check-in two (2) hours prior to flight
departure. For
International flights: Check-in three (3) hours prior flight departure.
2.      To protect the true credit card owner, the credit card used to
purchase
tickets from www.zestair.com.ph  must be presented at the ticket office
and upon check-in. If credit card owner is not a traveling party, clear
photocopies of the front of the credit card and valid photo ID (passport
Id, driver’s license) of the credit card owner shall be required from the
passenger at the check-in counter. The credit card owner must assume
responsibility for passenger compliance of this requirement. Zest Air
reserves
the right to deny boarding to any person who fails to comply with this
requirement and shall not be liable for the denial of their boarding.
3.     On FLIGHT MISCONNECTION: The Carrier shall not assume any
responsibility for any mis-connection of flight either international or
domestic booked on other airlines. Passengers are advised to book their
flight at least a day earlier to avoid flight mis-connection.
4.     For additional information, please read condition of carriage
indicated at the back of your e-ticket.
5.     For inquiries, you may call (02) 855-3333/ (02)854-8628 Mon. to
Fri. from 7:00 am to 11:00pm, Sat. to Sun. from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and at

ZEST取消明年2月11日上海飞马尼拉的航班。我写邮件改为提前一天出发，免费。
应该可以免费改的。

额，木有收到邮件的是不是航班就正常……一般提前多久通知啊，买了zest的孩纸伤不起

我的预感总觉得7月份上海马尼拉的，总会延迟首航。

你这上面的日期明明不是写的“02-SEP-12”是2012年九月二日的吧？你是不是订错了？
