How to apply for an E-Visa
Applications can be made online via E-Visa System, and for now can only be applied by China’s citizen within the China Mainland, and soon to be extended to other countries i.e. India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the United States and Canada
E-Visa Application is only for social visit (Single Entry Visa) and is good for a single journey to Malaysia within 3 months from date visa is issued.
Payment must be made upon submission of the E-Visa application
Documents/reference required for E-visa application are as follow:
Original passport
Latest passport size photographs of the applicant
Copies of the ticket (confirmed and returned ticket)
Copies of accommodation proof
Note: The issuance of E-Visa is subjected to the approval of Malaysian Immigration Attaché in respective countries
