Take a photo of your membership card and send to us
Provide your booking details toward your coming stay at any ONYX Rewards hotels (booking ID or confirmation number)
Upon completion on above mentioned, we could match your tier before your check-in date so that you could enjoy our Platinum benefits further. Kindly note that tier matching is not a public offer in which we reserve the right to consider on this privilege case by case.
