国泰的上海到马尼拉香港中转联程,到了马尼拉后行李丢失,后续几番联系终于在四五天后在菲取得行李,但是旅程也尽毁。与邮件联系后想投诉责任人,发来这个邮件,想咨询大家看下,好像说是让我提供收据,但是行李丢失对与自己是种种的不便损失没有直接的损失凭证,不知如何作答,请教下大家,谢谢!

Please be informed that regarding your complaints, we will also be the one who will handle it. Although the fault station was in Hong Kong because they were not able to transfer your bag timely due to your tight connection from Shanghai Pudong. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and on that manner, we would like to offer you reimbursement of your expenses. We can reimburse 100% for roiletries and 50% for clothing that you bought.
