我现在也不指望他们发票什么赔偿了,我也不想动些手脚什么的。我只想要到行李延误证明,比登天还难,打客服第一个电话说不好开这个对不起没开过,一个男的彻底推脱,让我找什么行李部,再打次一女的,态度还不错,但是也说不好开不清楚,只能开航班延误证明自己上网站申请,给了个号码让我去浦东问,打国内更吊,直接推到什么机场电话,再打就无人接听了。烦死。
只能发邮件跟马尼拉机场要,又给我这个回复,
