是的，而且用手机APP很方便管理。我个人喜欢中行的。

很多银行都有虚拟卡，比如中国银行 浦发银行。如果是没有信用卡的同学，去百度 全球付，虚拟卡，免费给你 ...

进度更新——

今天上午又打电话去BOOKING，发了封邮件过来让我补充以下资料：
A screenshot of the details of the charge (so not the overview on the
statement, but the details of the charge, so NO other payments visible).
The originally charged amount (before conversion)

The last 4 digits of the credit card number if credit card payment, or the
account name/number/address for alternative payment methods
The merchant reference (looks like AAAAAAAAAAor
AAAAAA-1000-AAAAAAA)

The date/time the booking was made

The country of the guest (where their credit card was issued)

The more details provided, the better the chance of locating the payment!

我回复以后下午打电话过， 改口为可能是其他商户冒用一个跟他们很像的名字盗刷不能给我一个具体回复时间。

同时拨打110报警，派出所要我去银行开具证明打印被盗刷流水，由于管辖权的问题目前还没有报警成功。

办的招行小黑卡，没事就自己把额度调成10元钱，然后又一次被盗刷，我收到信息了，但是没刷上。
感觉这种有自己手动调整额度的还是会安全很多。当然马上收到短信给银行打电话才是王道。
同事的招行小黑卡当时没有芯片，也是被盗刷去还欧洲的停车费了，给招行打电话冻结，然后追回来了。

刚收到了booking的邮件，确认那两笔消费确为盗刷，将在七个工作日内退款。这次虽然打了无数个电话，报警过程各种麻烦和官僚，好歹还算是解决了，以后用卡都要更小心了～
