订了个清迈酒店，-10 AUD后是3.77AUD，找到agoda上含税费只有10.**AUD，遂发邮件给low_rate@ratestogo.com，2天后收到回复，已退回3.18AUD，7-10天内到账。减10澳代码现在不知是否还可以用，建议下单到现在还没超过24小时的赶快用比价平台查找更低价申请BPG吧！
邮件样本供参考(还要附件附上更低价格订单的截图)：
Dear Sir/Madam:

I'm writing to you to make a refund claim according to your best price guarantee policy.

I just booked a room with the price AUD *** for 1 nights. But I just found that the same room is only AUD *** (tax included) on agoda.com on the same days! The following is the link:

I also attached a screen print png file in this mail.
